I am having problems placing my order. Currently there is a small glitch with some web browsers. If you enter the wrong address, but then try and correct this problem by going back and entering the correct address, your order will still be processed with the first address you entered and your credit card will be rejected do to an address error. The temporary fix for this is to exit your browser totally and then reopen it. This should fix any issues with the way your billing address is sent to our credit card processor. If you have any other problems please contact us and we will be glad to help you. Shipping is a flat $10 for orders within the United States, a flat $20 for orders in Canada and Mexico, and a flat $30 for international orders. You also have the option of UPS ground rates that will display during checkout. Orders picked up at a convention or trade show will naturally have no shipping charges. What packaging will my product arrive in? We here at Kinky Ropes understand that you may not want your postman or neighbors finding out what you do in the privacy of your bedroom. Having a package show up at your door marked 'HERE ARE THE SEX TOYS YOU ORDERED OFF THE INTERNET' is something we realize some people want to avoid. All packages shipped from KinkyRopes are sent in generic plain packaging and the return address simply says K.R.D.C. International orders will have customs sheets listed simply as 'rope' How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement? Credit card statements simply show a charge to KRDC Enterprises PayPal is fast, easy and simple ..... until something goes wrong. We here at KinkyRopes are committed to quality customer service. As such, we feel that PayPals customer care, especially when it comes to problem resolution, is sadly lacking. Note that we do not advocate that PayPal be forced to change its business practices. We support the free market, and as an independent entity PayPal is free to conduct business in any manner it wishes. But the same freedom also applies to KinkyRopes and it is our choice not to conduct business with PayPal. Does the centermark ever risk coming untied? Not in the slightest. The centermark is actually constructed from the individual yarns composing the rope. The only possible way the centermark could come undone is if the rope were taken apart and the strands frayed apart. How much does the centermark weaken the strength of the rope? Strange as it seems, it doesnt appear to. We here at kinkyropes do understand that strength of rope is a critical factor to some of our customers. As such, we wanted to find out how much the centermark weakened the working load of the rope. However, in all tests, the rope never broke at the centermark. The only possible explanation that we can think of is that the centermark is placed into the rope before the conditioning process. As the conditioning process degrades the rope slightly, it may be that the extra thickness of the rope at that spot causes it to not degrade as much when placed through the conditioning process. This would make the centermark the strongest spot on the rope. If you are actually able to ever make the rope break at the centermark, please let us know. KinkyRopes focus is more toward function and utility instead of beauty or aesthetics. This is due in large part to the fact that our lead product developer is colorblind. However, we do sell products besides rope that come in a multitude of designer colors. Why does your website list items that are not for sale? To make you feel excluded, loser! Those products are reserved only for use by special people. You are not one of them. They are listed in our catalog just to drive you mad with envy. Where did all the tutorials go?
